- The Buyer may withdraw from the sales agreement (i.e. resign from products purchased from defens and return them without giving a reason) within 30 (thirty) days from the date of taking possession of the products by the Buyer, and in case of a sale agreement including many products delivered separately, in batches or in parts, within 30 (thirty) days from the date of taking possession of the last product, batch or part. In case of withdrawal, the Buyer shall cover the costs.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal from the sales agreement, the Buyer should submit a written statement of withdrawal from the sales agreement by sending it to the correspondence address or sending to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. - All the products sold by defens shall be new, factory packed and covered by manufacturer's warranties. The warranty period shall be 1 year from the date of sale, unless the Manufacturer specifies otherwise. A prerequisite for initiation of the complaint procedure shall be having proof of purchase.
- Complaints shall be sent to email@example.com, together with the name of the faulty products, the quantity and reason for the complaint. A defens consultant shall contact the Buyer to arrange the details. The Buyer shall send the product back to the defens address at their own expense. Should the complaint be accepted, the Buyer shall be entitled to a postage refund. Should the complaint be accepted, defens shall send the Buyer a faulty-free Product at its own expense. Should the exchange not be possible or should the Buyer so wish, they shall receive a refund of the purchase value to the indicated account immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of notification. Complaints shall not cover product faults caused as a result of accidental or intentional damage by the Buyer.
